Your details will be manually activated within 24 hours (normally within 2 hours) and you can then immediately place your advertisement.
If you don't have a PayPal account, when you click on the button below and it asks you to login to your PayPal account, simply ignore this and click on the link on the bottom-left of the PayPal page labeled "Don't have a PayPal Account", which will then enable you to pay with an ordinary credit card.
