To place an advertisement with us, click on
Place Advertisement.
The advantages of advertising with us include:

No Commission. We do
not charge either you or the buyer any commission. The total fee for
advertising with us is 10 euros for a standard advertisement or 60 euros if
you want a featured advertisement (see below for explanations). You can pay
either by credit card or by cheque.

Good Until Sold. There
is no time limit on your advertisement. We will carry your advertisement
until your property is sold or you cancel.

Free updates/changes.
Any time you would like to change your property details, you can do so free
of charge.

Quality Advertisement.
Every advertisement includes unlimited text and up to 10 photos.

High Visibility. We
currently receive approximately 200 000 visits per month. We
are also well ranked in the search engines for all the main keywords (e.g.
"French Property for Sale", "Property for sale in France", "Property in France", and so on).

In addition to the advantages
listed above, we are
highly ranked in other languages. In Germany we are on the first page of Google
with their equivalent phrases such as "Immobilien Frankreich" (which is German for "French
Property"), in the Netherlands we are on the first page with their
equivalent phrases such as "Huis Frankrijk" (which is Dutch for French
House/Property), and so on. None of our competitors have as strong a
position as we do in all the major languages. You can benefit from this as we
provide:

Free Translation. You
can provide us your details in English and we will translate the key items
free of charge into all 7 languages, and place your advertisement on our
site in all 7 languages.

Free Support. We have
a large number of English and French buyers (who are, of course, the major
buyers of property in France), followed by Germans and Dutch. If you get a
client query in a language you don't understand, we will help translate it
for you, as well as help translate your response. We provide this service
free of charge.

Advertising
Options |
|
We offer three types of advertising:
- Standard
- Featured
- Dedicated Web Site
With the standard option, you have all the benefits described above
(including free translation, free updates, free support). The cost is only 10
euros and your advertisement is good until your property is sold.
The featured option is the same as the standard option, with one
additional benefit. All featured advertisements have a photo and title of the
property placed on the front page of the site. When someone clicks on this photo
or title, they are taken to the full advertisement for the property. In addition
to doing this on the front page of the site, it is also done on the main page
for each of the 7 languages.
Consequently, featured properties receive more visibility and more client
queries than standard properties.
If you choose a featured advertisement, your property is featured in
this way for a minimum of one month. Thereafter, it continues to be advertised
in our property database until sold (or cancelled). Because we have room for
only a very small number of properties on our home page, the price for a
featured advertisement is 60 euros.
If you wish, we can also provide you with a dedicated web site. With
this option, we will register a web site in your name and create a web site
dedicated to selling your property. The price will depend on your requirements
(e.g. do you want a site in English or a multi-lingual site) but we aim to beat

How to Advertise |
|
We aim to make advertising with us effortless. Following are three options:
- Cheque. We accept cheques from UK, France and Germany. To
purchase a standard or featured advertisement (see definitions above), click on
Place Advertisement.
- Credit Card. If you have a credit card, you can have your
advertisement placed within 10 minutes. All you need to do is provide your
property details and pay by credit card. To do so, click on
Place Advertisement.
- Leave it to us. With the credit card option above, you provide
your details by filling in a form. If you would prefer to simply EMAIL us
the information and have us set up the advertisement for you, click on
EMAIL Property Details.
