Food & Easy French Recipes
French cooking can be easy, tasty and enjoyable all at once. Unfortunately,
many cookbooks make cooking (especially for French food) unnecessarily difficult. Not here! We offer easy French
recipes, that are quickly and easily prepared, and taste great.
For each recipe we provide notes and
background information. Where applicable, we describe the
history and culture behind each recipe.
In addition to our many French recipes, we
also have a number of general articles on French Food. A
selection of these are listed on the left.
Our objective is
to provide quality French recipes, which are both tasty and easy to
prepare. As such, all our recipes are carefully tested (for
taste and ease of use) before being added to this site. In
addition, their historical and cultural backgrounds are
researched, and this information is added to the recipe. Because
of the amount of work involved, we generally add a few recipes
each month.
