Aperitifs

An aperitif can be straight from the bottle (e.g. a liquor) or can be mixed (e.g. a Kir). As the former doesn't involve a recipe, this section is mainly concerned with the latter.

The main ingredients for aperitifs are: Wine, Champagne, Liquors. In addition, aperitifs may contain fruits or other ingredients (e.g. the olive in a Martini) to add flavour and visual appeal.

Check the drop down menu above for a list of our aperitif recipes. The most famous aperitif is Kir; which is part of our selection.
