Costs. Although we are one of the most successful sites (e.g.
check our traffic levels and our Google position for "French property for
sale"), we offer advertising for a fraction of the normal costs (see
our prices below). We do not charge commission or any
other fees.

& Search Engine Position. If you do not
have a web site of your own and would like to have one, we would be happy to

help you (fees starting from 100 euros).

Content.
Good web content is important to attracting clients and establishing
credibility. We will normally provide content free of charge (with a
copyright notice to prevent theft). If you would like to use any of our
articles on your site, please contact us.

Our offer includes:
- No Commission, No other fees. We do not charge any commission to you or to the
client.
- No minimum contract. You pay on a month-by-month basis and can
cancel at any time. If you would like to pay for a longer period, we offer
additional discounts.
- Direct Contact. Each property advertisement has a link to your
contact details, and an EMAIL form which goes direct to you.
- Photos. We offer unlimited text and up to 10 photos per
advertisement.
- Free Translation into other languages (French, English, German,
Dutch, Russian, Italian, Spanish). All information, except for freeform
text, is translated free of charge.
You can either add your advertisements yourself, or
have us automatically upload them for you, whichever you prefer.
If you choose automatic uploads, you save the labor costs of adding and updating your advertisements.
